Sweet Potato with Onion Green Chilli Chutney (Ulliyum pachamulakum chathachathu)



Needed 

  • Shallots - 6
  • Green chilli -2 or to taste ( I get long hot green chilli here )
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut out - 2 tbsp
Method
  • Chop shallots and green chilli finely.
  • Add salt .
  • Using a mortar and pestle crush it nicely.
  • Add coconut oil and mix well
  • Serve with Tapioca, Sweet potato , Arbi, Purple yam
