Method ( for 4 cups )
- Add 2 cup of milk and 2.5 cup of water in a sauce pan . (Measure in the cup you will be serving tea. )
- Add 3-4 crushed cardamom pods .
- Boil and when it starts bubbling lower the flame , add 2 tsp tea leaves ( I use Kannan devan classic ) .
- Add sugar to taste
- Let it simmer for a minute. Or depending on how strong you want your tea.
- Look for the colour and remove from heat. Strain using a strainer to a tea pot or directly to tea cup .
- Serve hot !
