Ingredients
Maida - 2 cups
Dry yeast -1 tsp in lukewarm water
Baking soda - a pinch
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Yogurt - 3 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Butter for garnishing
Maida - 2 cups
Dry yeast -1 tsp in lukewarm water

Mix the dry ingredients well
Add oil
Add yogurt ,
Add yeast in lukewarm water
Knead well into a smooth dough
Cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hrs
After resting take the dough and knead again
Divide into equal parts ( 2 cups of maida gives approx 8 Nans).
Knead the divided dough again .
Roll them into thin sheets using a rolling pin .
Cook them on both sides on a hot tava .
Drizzle butter on top once cooked.
Add oil
Add yogurt ,
Add yeast in lukewarm water
